1. There shall be no less than 3 joint specimens of steel bars of each specification, and no less than 3 specimens of tensile strength of steel bar parent material shall be taken from the same steel bar of joint specimens.
2. Site inspection shall be carried out in batches, and the same batch of materials, the same construction conditions, the same grade and the same specification of joints shall be inspected and accepted in batches of 500. Less than 500 parts should be used as an acceptance lot. For the acceptance of each batch of joints, three joint specimens must be randomly selected from the engineering structure for tensile strength test. The joint grade is evaluated according to the design requirements. Only when the tensile strength tests of the three joint specimens are qualified, can they be assessed as qualified. If the tensile strength test of one joint specimen fails, another 6 specimens shall be taken for reinspection. If the strength of one specimen does not meet the requirements after the reinspection, the inspection shall be deemed as unqualified.
3. Field inspection: when the sample of 10 consecutive acceptance batches is qualified, the number of inspection batch joints can be doubled, that is, a batch of 1000 joints.
