Reinforced mechanical connection head according to the principle of design is divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ at three levels. The joints shall be of strength and deformation.The standard values of the yield and tensile capacity of the joints shall not be less than 1.10 times of the standard values of the yield and tensile capacity of the connected reinforcement. According to its grade and application, the joint shall determine the corresponding inspection items for various properties such as unidirectional tensile performance, high stress repeated tensile pressure, large deformation repeated tensile pressure, fatigue resistance and low temperature resistance.
According to the difference in tensile strength, repeated tensile and compressive performance under high stress and large deformation, the grade of joints is different:
Ⅰ, joint tensile strength of not less than be connected steel actual tensile strength or 1.10 times the steel tensile strength standard values, and has high ductility and repeated tension and compression performance.
Ⅱ, joint tensile strength is not less than connected steel tensile strength standard values, and has high ductility and repeated tension and compression performance.
Ⅲ, joint tensile strength is not less than 1.35 times of connected steel yield strength standard values, and has a certain ductility and repeated tension and compression performance.
Applications of reinforced mechanical joints:
Asked give full play to the strength of reinforced concrete structures or parts of joint extensibility to demand higher levels using Ⅰ or Ⅱ joint;
Reinforced concrete structures applied force higher ductility demand is not high but for joint parts, adopt Ⅲ connectors.
