In 1998, we commenced our enterprise with an ordinary rebar coupler. For over two decades, HEBEI YIDA has focused on industry to ensure sustained development, upheld the mission of “Manufacturing reliable products, serving national nuclear industry.” and grown into a group enterprise integrating product design, research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service. At present, our products cover 11 categories of rebar mechanical coupler and anchor, as well as 8 categories of related processing equipment. 
The headquarters of Hebei Yida occupy over 30,000 square meters, equipped with domestically advanced product workshops, machining workshops, digital workshops, as well as measurement & test laboratory. With six fully automated production lines, we can produce over 1,000,000 couplers per month, and more than 10,000,000 annually. We have achieved triple certification of ISO9001, ISO14001，ISO45001 via XINGYUAN Certification Center under China National Nuclear Corporation(CNNC), CABR certification of China Academy of Building Research, CARES technical approval and certification from the UK, DCL certification of Dubai Central Laboratory Department from UAE. Known for the reliable high precision and high strength, our products are widely used in bridges, railways, highways, nuclear power plants, military projects, and numerous construction projects, and also exported to 24 countries and regions across Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, and South America. Notably, our independent innovation achievements: aircraft-impact resistant couplers and related equipment, high-strength rebar couplers automated manufacturing and inspecting line for nuclear power plant, were recognized as internationally advanced technologies by Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and achieved Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. The adjustable coupler was awarded as one of the “Five New” achievements in nuclear power engineering, and our academic paper on the Split-Lock coupler won the Excellent Paper Award from the China Nuclear Industry Investigation & Design Association (CNIDA).

In 2008, HEBEI YIDA gained trust and recognition from the nuclear power engineering industry of China, providing rebar connection solutions to major domestic enterprises such as China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and China General Nuclear Power Group (CGN). So far, our products that specialized in nuclear power project have been widely used globally. With efficient supply assurance and professional project implementation capabilities, HEBEI YIDA have become a qualified supplier of rebar couplers in the nuclear power construction field, and also repeatedly recognized as the excellent partner by China Nuclear Industry 24 Construction Co., Ltd. and China Nuclear Industry 22ND Construction Co., Ltd.

For over 20 years, HEBEI YIDA has consistently focused on innovation, research and development, holding over 70 independent intellectual properties and patents, numerous certifications and honors both domestically and overseas, we deeply integrate new technologies with advanced production processes. We are committed to long-term cooperation with research institutes, industry associations, and higher education institutions, at present, we have been the committee members of the China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA), the China Nuclear Industry Investigation & Design Association (CNIDA), the China Nuclear Digital Construction Engineering and Technology Research Center, and the Hebei Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association. HEBEI YIDA has established two municipal level technology innovation platforms:  ”Shijiazhuang Rebar Connection and Anchoring Technology Innovation Center” and “Shijiazhuang Industrial Design Center”. Furthermore, we are participating over ten times in the formulation of industry and group standards. HEBEI YIDA’s measurement & test laboratory could provide comprehensive and scientific experimental data for product testing and development, ensuring that each product undergoes full-scale, in-depth inspection to withstand the tests of engineering as well as the test of time.
